Helvetic Payroll is seeking a Director to lead its Industrial Cybersecurity practice in Zurich, driving large-scale security transformation programs for global clients. You will oversee complex projects across OT, IAM, and supply chain, while building strategic client relationships and growing an international delivery team.

The role requires 10+ years in Manufacturing/Pharma/Industrial sectors, deep domain expertise, and fluent English (German/French is a plus).

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Pharma or Industrial Products environments.
• Proven expertise in OT Security, IAM, Supply Chain Security, Cyber Strategy, and NIS2/EU CRA compliance.
• Proven track record in business development and strategic account management.
• Strong leadership in multicultural environments with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IEC-62443, NIST CSF frameworks; certifications such as CISSP, GICSP or equivalent are a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English required — German or French is a strong advantage.
