Job summary

SOPHiA GENETICS is seeking a Director of Revenue Accounting to lead global revenue recognition, IFRS 15 compliance, and SOX controls. You will partner across functions and manage SEC filings for a publicly listed or public company environment.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Controller, you will oversee monthly close for revenue, policy development, external audit liaison, and continuous improvement across entities in a hybrid US/Switzerland footprint with at least 3 days onsite in Boston or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA candidacy preferred.
• 10+ years in public accounting or public company environment.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and internal controls.SOX 404 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of revenue accounting policies and controls.
• Manage monthly close for revenue and related reconciliations.
• Serve as expert on revenue recognition for complex transactions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory filings.
