Zusammenfassung

SOPHiA GENETICS is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support our global compliance operations and drive integrity across markets. You will assist with healthcare compliance contracts, regulatory declarations, and information security considerations while contributing to risk management and policy development.

The role is a 6‑month temporary contract with strong potential to convert based on performance, located in Rolle, CH.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent legal background.
• 1–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates with internships welcome.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) as primary business language.
• Organized and structured mindset with methodical workflows.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Corporate legal internship experience is a plus (contract review/drafting).

Aufgaben

• Support the management and implementation of Compliance programs across markets.
• Own healthcare compliance operations, including engagement contracts and regulatory declarations.
• Manage enterprise insurance operations including policy administration and renewals.
• Execute contract administration across healthcare compliance and data protection areas.
• Support risk management infrastructure and periodic reporting to committees.
• Contribute to policy writing, training materials, and guidance documentation.
• Stay current on developments in risk management and compliance.
