Zusammenfassung

GANHRI is seeking a Programmes Manager to lead the full programme cycle from design to reporting. The role is based in Geneva, Switzerland, with direct supervision by the GANHRI Director/Deputy-Director.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, ensure donor compliance and coordinate with partners and stakeholders. Requirements include a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of programme management experience, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in human rights, international development, social sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Programmes management, preferably in human rights or related sectors.
• Proven experience in full Programme cycle management.
• Strong understanding of human rights principles and approaches.
• Experience with donor-funded Programmes and grant management.
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in data collection and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and French (fluency required for both).

Aufgaben

• Programme design and planning with clear objectives, activities and timelines.
• Budget management and monitoring of expenditures against approvals.
• MEAL frameworks design and implementation and reporting.
• Leadership of Programme teams and coordination with partners.
• Liaise with donors and prepare progress updates as required.
• Identify new funding opportunities and contribute to fundraising efforts.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and regulations.
• Coordinate Programme activities according to plans and adapt as needed.
