Labcorp seeks a Director, Global Process Excellence, Automation & Enterprise Work Management to lead our PEx strategy from Geneva with hybrid flexibility. You will shape the future of enterprise process transformation, automation, and portfolio governance across a global organization.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive measurable value, manage a distributed team, and deliver scalable, data-driven improvements that enhance efficiency, quality and performance at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years’ progressive experience in process excellence, transformation, automation, enterprise work management, business operations, consulting, or program leadership.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional initiatives, transformation programs, platform-enabled operating model changes, or globally distributed teams in a matrixed environment.

Aufgaben

• Shape the Future of Process Excellence: Lead the development and execution of our global Process Excellence (PEx) strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Drive Enterprise Value Creation: Own a global portfolio of process improvement and transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Lead Business Transformation: Champion end-to-end process transformation across strategic business and digital programs.
• Advance Automation and Digital Enablement: Lead the enterprise automation capability and collaborate with business, digital, data, and technology teams.
• Own Enterprise Portfolio & Work Management Excellence: Provide leadership for the platform (Workfront), ensuring effective demand management and governance.
• Deliver Complex Transformation Programs: Build and lead enterprise-wide transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Enable Data-Driven Performance Management: Develop dashboards, KPIs, and benefits realization tracking for executive decisions.
• Build and Inspire High-Performing Teams: Lead a globally distributed team across Process Excellence, Automation, and Enterprise Work Management.
• Create Scalable Operating Models: Design standards, governance processes, playbooks, and best practices across the enterprise.
• Apply Industry-Leading Improvement Methodologies: Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and analytics to drive measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Senior Leadership: Advise executives to identify opportunities and accelerate delivery of key objectives.
• Champion Change and Adoption: Lead organizational change to embed new processes and technologies.
