Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Director of Engineering Excellence to lead a global portfolio spanning regulatory compliance, data governance, cybersecurity program management, and India engineering site leadership.

You will drive standardization, compliance, and operational excellence across PBUs, reporting to executive leadership while mentoring future leaders and guiding enterprise initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced coursework in data science, PM, or compliance is preferred.
• 10+ years in engineering ops, PM, or regulatory compliance within global manufacturing or engineering.
• Experience leading cross‑functional, multi‑geography programs (APAC/EU/NA) with IT, legal, procurement.
• Experience with PLM/ERP and compliance platforms (Assent) across global sites.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and development of technical experts.
• Data analytics/automation familiarity (Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps) and AI initiatives.
• Prior cybersecurity or IT risk remediation leadership and executive presentation experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead substance/regulatory compliance programs (PFAS) across Global PBUs and suppliers.
• Oversee data governance, MDG/SAP interfaces, and data migration initiatives.
• Manage cybersecurity and IT risk programs, endpoint protection, IAM, cloud hardening.
• Drive sustainability and cross‑PBU initiatives with business and product stakeholders.
• Develop talent, succession plans, trainings, and leadership development.
• Provide executive reporting and foster an innovation culture across the org.
