Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced coursework or certification in data science, PM, or compliance preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering operations, program management, or regulatory compliance within a global manufacturing/engineering org.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, multi-geography programs (APAC/EU/NA) with IT, engineering, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
• Experience with PLM/ERP systems (SAP MDG/ECC/S4, Windchill, NetSuite) and compliance platforms (Assent).
• Strong people-leadership track record, coaching technical SMEs.
• Experience with data analytics/automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps) and AI-driven classification initiatives.
• Prior experience leading cybersecurity or IT risk remediation programs.
• Executive presence and experience presenting to senior leadership (Director level and above).

• Own and drive enterprise compliance programs across multiple regions and PBUs.
• Lead data governance, data migration, and master data platform initiatives.
• Coordinate cybersecurity and IT risk remediation programs across global sites.
• Manage sustainability and cross-PBU initiatives with stakeholders from product management to engineering.
• Drive talent development, leadership, and succession planning for the organization.
• Provide transparent executive reporting and foster a culture of innovation.
