Fresenius Medical Care, the global leader in kidney care, seeks a Director Global Contract Manufacturing to set and drive the global procurement strategy for contract manufacturing. You will lead a team of Category Managers, partner with senior leaders across functions, and ensure value creation, supply continuity, and supplier partnerships across regions.

The role demands extensive experience in regulated industries, international negotiations, and the ability to influence executive leadership

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 years of progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience.
• Minimum 7 years leading Contract Manufacturing categories in a global environment.
• Minimum 5 years people management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing international supplier networks.
• Experience operating in regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Advanced Manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the global Contract Manufacturing category strategy and roadmap.
• Lead, coach, develop, and manage Category Managers and procurement personnel.
• Lead executive-level supplier negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Establish executive governance models with strategic contract manufacturing partners.
• Develop and oversee business continuity and supply resilience plans.
• Present category strategies, supplier performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
