Qualifications
- 8+ years in a digital manufacturing support or related technical field.
- Pharma manufacturing or supply chain experience preferred.
- translate complex requirements into actionable specs for design.
- Experience supporting enterprise systems such as MES or ERP.
- Proven ability to drive change with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into system implementation requirements for digital manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.
- Provide design expertise for virtual plant designs across enterprise systems.
- Align enterprise system implementations across sites and divisions for interoperability.
- Drive business process harmonization within the Research Laboratories network.
- Define KPIs to monitor system adoption and value from digital transformation.
- Collaborate with architects and end-users to ensure scalable, secure systems.
- Document requirements, processes and architecture; support training plans.
