• Lead Basel Operations day-to-day work and develop the Basel Operations team.
• Provide operational direction to independent Cruise Managers on assignment.
• Direct Basel cruise operations in real time and coordinate with Basel/Los Angeles Ops, River Tech, Sea Chefs and partners.
• Establish clear decision rights, escalation protocols and operating rhythms.
• Ensure timely communication among shoreside teams, Cruise Managers, onboard teams and partners.
• Lead crisis-management planning and operational response with key functions.
• Provide post-assignment feedback and readiness assessments to the Global Director, Learning & Development.
