• Lead Basel Operations day-to-day and develop the Basel team, incl. ship coordinators and contractors.
• Provide real-time operational direction to Cruise Managers on assignment and coordinate with Basel, LA, and partners.
• Manage crisis response, establish decision rights and escalation protocols.
• Ensure timely communication among shoreside and onboard teams and vendors.
• Develop budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement for Basel Operations.
