• Lead the Basel Operations team day-to-day, including ship coordinators and Basel-based staff.
• Direct Basel cruise operations in real time; coordinate with Basel and Los Angeles teams and partners.
• Establish clear decision rights, escalation protocols and operating rhythms for efficient operations.
• Ensure timely communication across shoreside, onboard teams and partners during cruises.
• Lead crisis-management planning and operational response with cross-functional partners.
• Provide post-assignment feedback and readiness assessments to the Global Director, Learning & Development.
