Job summary

Swissquote is creating the Client Lifecycle Integrity department and seeks a Head Client Lifecycle Integrity to lead strategy, governance and an operating model, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies while driving automation and AI-enabled scalability.

Reporting to senior management, the role collaborates with Front Office, Compliance, technology and Group entities to optimise onboarding, lifecycle reviews and AML monitoring, building a high-performing team with a culture of

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Compliance, AML or Risk Management.
Proven track record in process optimisation, automation and digitalisation.
Native French or English speaker with full professional fluency in the other language.
Strong understanding of onboarding, KYC/AML and AML transaction monitoring.

Responsibilities

Lead the CLI strategy, defining its organisation, governance and priorities.
Establish a strong risk-based control environment ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
Represent the CLI at Senior Management and with external stakeholders.
Drive automation, digitalisation and data-driven improvements across processes.
Oversee client onboarding, lifecycle management and AML monitoring.
Collaborate with Front Office, Compliance and technology to deliver solutions.
