Job summary

Swissquote is seeking a Head of Client Lifecycle Integrity – Director to lead the CLI department, reporting to senior management. You will define strategic direction, operating models and drive a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

The role requires deep expertise in onboarding, KYC/AML, risk management and technology-enabled process optimisation, in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Compliance, AML, Risk Management or similar.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven track record in process optimisation, automation, digitalisation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead CLI strategy, organisation, governance and priorities with clear accountability.
• Oversee onboarding, lifecycle management and AML monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive automation, data analytics and AI-enabled improvements for efficiency and risk control.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Compliance, Technology and external regulators to strengthen integrity frameworks.
