Darwin Recruitment is seeking a Digital Business Project Manager to lead digital projects from initial planning to implementation, working with clients and cross-functional teams in a hybrid/remote setup across Switzerland. The role involves owning approximately 2-3 client projects in E-Commerce, CX and AI-related solutions, managing timelines, budgets and delivering value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT project management, ideally in a digital agency/consulting environment.
• Experience managing digital projects with budgets, timelines, resources and delivery.
• Fluent English and German language skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage digital business projects from planning through go-live and beyond.
• Manage 2-3 client projects across E-Commerce, SAP CX/Commerce Cloud, Spryker, Shopify or similar platforms.
• Control project timelines, budgets, resources, quality and overall delivery.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients, consultants, developers and internal stakeholders.
• Translate business challenges into practical digital solutions and drive adoption.
