Job summary

Darwin Recruitment seeks a Digital Transformation Manager in Switzerland, with flexibility to work in Zurich, St. Gallen or Dornbirn. Hybrid / predominantly remote work offers a balance of in-office collaboration and autonomy.

You will guide clients through transformation journeys across PIM, Digital Marketing, E-Business and CX, shaping strategies and business cases from concept to implementation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in transformation and consulting, fluent German and English, and

Qualifications

At least 5 years' experience in digital transformation or strategic consulting.
Experience with enterprise or mid-market clients.
Experience advising on digital business models and platforms.
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation.
Fluent High German and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Develop digital transformation strategies, operating models and roadmaps with senior stakeholders.
Lead complex transformation projects from concept to implementation.
Assess processes, structures and technologies to improve efficiency and CX.
Develop business cases, proposals and strategic plans.
Translate objectives into practical transformation plans with measurable outcomes.
Coordinate between business, IT, sales and delivery teams.
Manage multiple projects and ensure alignment with objectives.
Guide clients through change management and embed new processes.
Collaborate with consultants and project teams to implement strategies.
Build long-term client relationships to identify opportunities.
