Capgemini is seeking a DevOps Engineer - AWS & Terraform to design and build a cloud platform development framework. You will enable secure, automated, standardized AWS infrastructure consumption via reusable IaC components.

Responsibilities include self-service golden paths, onboarding workflows, secure networking, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong Terraform, AWS, and DevSecOps expertise are required, with fluent French and English for collaboration.

YOUR ROLE

As a DevOps Engineer - AWS & Terraform, you will play a key role in designing, building, and industrializing a cloud platform development framework that enables application teams to consume AWS infrastructure in a secure, automated, and standardized manner.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement self-service AWS Golden Paths using Terraform, enabling secure and standardized cloud infrastructure consumption;
• Develop reusable Infrastructure-as-Code components for account onboarding, workload deployment, and connectivity provisioning.
• Integrate security, networking, governance, compliance, and operational controls into platform automation and cloud services;
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated validation, security scanning, and release management processes for Terraform assets;
• Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and application teams to define and enhance the developer experience;
• Document, demonstrate, and validate the Golden Path through pilot deployments, ensuring adoption and operational readiness.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud technologies in a DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering environment;
• Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code principles, including modular and reusable code development;
• Good understanding of AWS services, cloud networking, security, IAM, governance, and automation best practices;
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git-based development workflows, and automated deployment pipelines;
• Familiarity with infrastructure testing, security scanning, compliance controls, and DevSecOps practices;
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in Agile delivery teams.
• Fluent in French and English
