Capgemini Switzerland is seeking an AI Platform Architect to design, industrialize and evolve the client's Enterprise AI Platform, enabling secure adoption of Generative AI and ML across the organization.

You'll design and evolve target AI Platform architecture on AWS with scalability, security and operational excellence, define standards and patterns, lead implementation of platform components, and collaborate across teams with fluent French and English.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an AI Architect, Cloud Architect or Platform Architect in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud technologies (minimum 1 year).
• Knowledge of AI/ML platforms, Generative AI services and cloud-native architecture principles.

• Define architectural standards, reusable patterns and best practices for AI platform capabilities and integration
• Lead the implementation of key platform components, including model hosting, AI gateways, observability, governance and guardrails

• Identify and mitigate architectural risks, technical bottlenecks and integration challenges
• Support the AI Platform roadmap and operating model in partnership with key business and technology stakeholders

YOUR ROLE

As an AI Platform Architect, you will contribute to the design, industrialization and evolution of client's Enterprise AI Platform, enabling the secure adoption of Generative AI and Machine Learning across the organization.

• Design and evolve the target AI Platform architecture on AWS, ensuring scalability, security and operational excellence
• Define architectural standards, reusable patterns and best practices for AI platform capabilities and integration
• Lead the implementation of key platform components, including model hosting, AI gateways, observability, governance and guardrails
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and engineering teams to accelerate platform delivery and adoption
• Identify and mitigate architectural risks, technical bottlenecks and integration challenges
• Support the AI Platform roadmap and operating model in partnership with key business and technology stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience as an AI Architect, Cloud Architect or Platform Architect in enterprise environment
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud technologies
• Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, Generative AI services and cloud-native architecture principles
• Experience defining secure, scalable and governed AI solutions, including security, observability and cost optimization practices
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in French and English
• Experience in financial services and AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker, etc.) is a plus
