Capgemini Switzerland is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support agile delivery teams and client stakeholders in transformation initiatives. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams and Product Owners, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement to ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, international environment.

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will support agile delivery teams and client stakeholders in the successful execution of transformation initiatives. You will facilitate agile practices, enable effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and promote continuous improvement to ensure high-quality delivery outcomes.

• Facilitate and continuously improve Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement;
• Coach agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum principles, agile ways of working, and team self-organization;
• Remove impediments and proactively address risks that may impact delivery objectives, quality, or timelines;
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and alignment between business and technology stakeholders across client organizations;
• Monitor team performance and delivery metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and predictability;
• Support agile transformation initiatives by promoting continuous improvement, agile best practices, and a culture of accountability.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including substantial experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams and transformation programs;
• Strong expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or similar enterprise Agile approaches;
• Proven experience facilitating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders within complex, international, and fast-paced environments;
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and continuous improvement;
• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries is highly desirable, along with familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools;
• Fluent in English and German (mandatory);
• Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) is considered an advantage.
