YOUR ROLE

As a Manager within the Business Technology team at Capgemini Invent Switzerland, you will help organizations leverage technology as a strategic driver of business transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. You will advise C-level executives and senior business leaders on their most critical transformation initiatives, bridging business strategy with technology execution. As a trusted advisor, you will lead complex engagements, drive business development, and contribute to the continued growth of our Business Technology practice across French-speaking Switzerland. Beyond client delivery, you will play a key role in developing our people, strengthening our market positioning, and shaping innovative offerings that address tomorrow's business challenges.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive Business Growth

• Develop and strengthen trusted relationships with C-level executives, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs and business leaders.
• Identify, originate and develop new business opportunities across priority accounts in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Lead proposal development, client presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with industry teams and other Capgemini Invent capabilities to develop integrated transformation opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of strategic partnerships with leading technology providers such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud and SAP.

Lead Complex Transformation Programs

• Lead high-impact consulting engagements helping clients define and execute their technology transformation agendas across topics such as:
• You will be accountable for project delivery, client satisfaction, commercial performance and long-term value creation

Develop People

• Lead, coach and mentor consultants and senior consultants throughout their career development.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing and inclusive team culture.
• Support recruitment activities and contribute to attracting top consulting talent.
• Promote continuous learning, innovation and knowledge sharing across the practice.

Grow the Business Technology Practice

• Contribute to the strategic development of the Business Technology capability in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Develop new consulting offerings, methodologies, accelerators and thought leadership.
• Represent Capgemini Invent at client events, conferences and industry forums.
• Strengthen our market visibility by publishing insights and contributing to innovation initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

You have 7+ years of experience in management consulting or technology transformation, with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs and developing client relationships. You combine strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of technology and its role in enabling business transformation. You have expertise across several of the following areas:Technology Strategy, CIO Advisory, IT Operating Model, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Strategy & Transformation, Technology Modernization, IT Financial Management, Technology Cost Optimization, Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace, Generative AI & Agentic AI, Large-scale Transformation Programs. You are recognized for your:Entrepreneurial mindset and business development capabilitiesAbility to build trusted relationships with senior executivesLeadership and people development skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsClient-centric approach and collaborative mindset. Fluency in French and English is required. German is considered a strong asset.
