Zusammenfassung

Capgemini Switzerland is seeking an AI Architect to design and evolve the AI Platform on AWS, delivering scalable, secure, governance-driven solutions for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security and engineering teams, define standards and patterns, and drive adoption of AI platform components such as model hosting and observability, while communicating across French and English.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as AI Architect, Cloud Architect or Platform Architect in enterprise environments.
• At least 1 year hands-on with AWS Cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, Generative AI services and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience defining secure, scalable and governed AI solutions with security, observability and cost optimization.

• Identify and mitigate architectural risks, bottlenecks and integration challenges.
• Support the AI Platform roadmap and operating model with key business and technology stakeholders.

YOUR ROLE

• Design and evolve the target AI Platform architecture on AWS, ensuring scalability, security and operational excellence;
• Define architectural standards, reusable patterns and best practices for AI platform capabilities and integration;
• Lead the implementation of key platform components, including model hosting, AI gateways, observability, governance and guardrails;
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and engineering teams to accelerate platform delivery and adoption;
• Identify and mitigate architectural risks, technical bottlenecks and integration challenges;
• Support the AI Platform roadmap and operating model in partnership with key business and technology stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience as an AI Architect, Cloud Architect or Platform Architect in enterprise environment;
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud technologies;
• Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, Generative AI services and cloud-native architecture principles;
• Experience defining secure, scalable and governed AI solutions, including security, observability and cost optimization practices;
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.Fluent in French and English;
• Experience in financial services and AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker, etc.) is a plus.
