Apprize Technology Solutions is seeking an IT support specialist to manage end-user devices and related infrastructure in a Swiss-based environment. The role covers asset management, device troubleshooting, and AD/AAD configurations, along with mobile and collaboration tool support.

The candidate will assist with printers, meeting room tech, and VPN/MDM environments while maintaining high service levels for Windows and Mac users in corporate settings.

Qualifikationen

• General IT knowledge across networks, devices and domains.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 admin and collaboration apps.
• Familiar with AD, Azure AD and Entra ID configuration.

• Perform asset management, inventory control, and lifecycle management.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for EUC devices and software.
• Assist with printer and meeting room equipment setup and maintenance.

• Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains.
• Working knowledge of leading software packages such as MS Office and MS Outlook.
• Good working knowledge of Operating Systems such as Windows and Mac related software and applications.
• Support Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Good experience of supporting devices such as Printers and Meeting Room equipment.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, including iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting End User Computing (EUC) hardware
• Awareness of Data Backup principles.
• Familiarity with virtual, MDM and VPN environments.
• Basic knowledge and familiarity with devices in Network and Compute environment.
