Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Culinary team in Zurich. You will contribute to state-of-the-art dishes and uphold MOHG standards while working under the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

We value an apprenticeship with 2–3 years of relevant upscale hospitality experience and very good English skills. This role requires flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship as a chef.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Upscale hospitality/gastronomy experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure quality, presentation, and timely delivery of dishes per recipes and instructions.
• Monitor ingredient quality and manage stock.
• Uphold hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP, MOHG, Swiss regs).
• Foster communication and teamwork; participate in training and briefings.
• Support SOPs, MOHG pillars, and grooming standards; communicate rules to the team.
• Demonstrate strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
