Vans EMEA is seeking an Associate Inventory Planner in Stabio, Switzerland to forecast buys, balance supply and demand, and optimize product availability while controlling stock levels. You will collaborate with global planning teams and sourcing offices to drive efficient inventory decisions.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, experience with SAP/MRP/INFOR, and fluency in English, with growth opportunities within a global fashion brand.

Qualifikationen

1+ year experience in forecasting and planning.
Very good English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Excel in Windows environment.
Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Formal education in Economics or Management required.

Aufgaben

Build accurate buy forecasts based on forecast, inventory, POs and production constraints.
Plan purchases to balance supply and demand while maximizing availability and controlling stock.
Coordinate with global supply planning and sourcing teams on monthly buy confirmations.
Monitor inventory KPIs, shortages and excess stock, and adjust plans accordingly.
Support Inventory operations by tracking sales orders coverage and PO process.
