Job summary

OneDoc, Switzerland's leading healthcare platform, seeks a hands-on engineering leader to work as the CTO's right arm for execution. You own shipping features on time with quality, spending most of your day coding and guiding developers rather than in meetings.

You will break features down with the team, review designs daily, mentor peers, and drive releases with strong quality and security gates. Geneva/Lausanne, hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building software with leadership experience.
• Delivered releases under pressure with quality.
• Adaptive process to the team with lightweight workflows.
• Direct communicator with clear priorities for developers and leadership.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Break features down with the developers before work starts and define done criteria.
• Review code and technical designs daily to improve solutions.
• Pair with developers to unblock problems and avoid delays.
• Run the release including cut, go/no-go, hotfix, and post-release checks.
• Spot slippage early and identify root causes to prevent delays.
• Maintain high standards by leading by example in scoping, testing, and communication.
