OneDoc, the leading healthcare platform in Switzerland, seeks an Infrastructure Software Engineer who will own cloud infrastructure design, security, and reliability for our SaaS stack. This role offers ownership and impact in a hybrid Geneva/Lausanne setting.

You will build CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, and drive observability while collaborating with the CTO and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of DevOps experience.
• Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or similar automation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, etc.).
• Skilled in Linux systems administration and networking.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure for reliability, scalability and security.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.
• Maintain system security, backups and compliance.
• Design robust monitoring, logging and alerting for real-time visibility.
• Collaborate with CTO, developers, product managers and stakeholders to translate needs into resilient infra solutions.
• Stay up to date with DevOps and cloud best practices and adopt new tools and processes.
