Job summary

OneDoc is seeking an Infrastructure Software Engineer to design, build and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure for our Swiss health platform. You will own parts of the stack, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure observability and reliability across services.

Based in Geneva or Lausanne, this hybrid role requires 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, with a permanent contract. You will collaborate with the CTO, engineers, and product teams to deliver resilient infrastructure while

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of DevOps experience.
• Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Hands-on with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, etc.).
• Strong Linux systems administration and networking skills.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to security, scalability, and maintainable infrastructure.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain cloud-based infrastructure for reliability and security.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and automation to speed deployments and improve observability.
• Ensure security, backups, and compliance across platforms.
• Develop comprehensive monitoring, logging and alerting for real-time visibility.
• Collaborate with CTO, engineers, product managers and stakeholders to translate needs into robust infra.
