Job summary

Mimo Hospitality is seeking a Takeout, Delivery & Dispatch Operator for ALBA Sourdough Pizza in Zürich. Drive thoughtful takeout service from order to delivery, ensuring speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction while maintaining ALBA’s high standards.

You will handle both takeout and on-site service with a friendly, proactive approach and support timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring passion for hospitality, strong English and German, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced takeout/delivery-focused restaurant environments preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during peak times.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation required.
• Willingness to learn, grow with Mimo-Hospitality, and adhere to agile principles.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with a warm, professional attitude and solve problems as tickets come in.
• Serve as the bridge between pizzeria and guest at the pass, packing pizzas quickly and neatly.
• Manage takeout orders across phone, in-person, UberEats, and direct deliveries with precision.
• Ensure ALBA-style service and on-site quality under high service demands.
• Welcome guests dining in-house and coordinate direct deliveries with drivers.
