Zusammenfassung

Swissquote is seeking a Data, Oversight & Transformation Lead within Business Risk Management (BRM) to drive data strategy, build reporting infrastructure, and deliver real-time dashboards for management across the bank.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Compliance, and IT to structure BRM data, automate workflows, and provide insights that support risk and regulatory objectives from Gland and Zurich.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a quantitative field, CS or data science.
• 5+ years in data analytics or reporting, preferably in finance.
• Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools.
• Excellent Excel skills and SQL knowledge.
• Experience with process mapping and low/no-code automation.
• Ability to translate data into management-ready dashboards.
• Familiarity with GDPR and Swiss privacy considerations.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Organize and structure data to provide real-time views of volumes, backlogs, workload and SLA/productivity.
• Build dashboards and reports for management use (Tableau/Power BI) with clear, decision-ready views.
• Translate priorities into practical data structures and dashboards.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate on enterprise workflow initiatives.
• Serve as single point of contact for data-related matters, including audits and regulatory reporting.
