Swissquote is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to build scalable, high‑quality regulatory reporting processes, ensuring accurate SNB and FINMA submissions for the Group. You will drive initiatives, optimize workflows, and collaborate across IT, Controlling & Risk, and ALM & Treasury to safeguard data quality.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar function, strong Excel skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in Economics/Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss banking regulatory framework and data-to-report integration.
• 3–5 years in a similar regulatory reporting role.
• Advanced Excel; Python/SQL skills a plus.
• Experience with FiRE or Mercury or equivalent reporting tool.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

• Lead regulatory reporting initiatives, including process optimization and automation.
• Develop and maintain a centralized regulatory database.
• Implement a new regulatory reporting solution across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT, Controlling & Risk, and ALM & Treasury for data quality.
• Prepare, review, and submit SNB and FINMA reports for Bank and Group.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Coordinate SNB inquiries and support SNB audits.
