Zusammenfassung

EFG International in Zürich is seeking a Business Risk Manager - PB COO - BRM (TEMP) to execute BRM controls for Investment Solutions, document results, and prepare the IS risk and control self-assessment reports. You will work with regional and global BRM teams to strengthen the first line of defence, liaise with Compliance and Audit, and act as the IS Area contact for IT, tools and trainings.

English, German, French and Italian language skills are required, with a pro-active, precise mindset

Qualifikationen

• Economics bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the related field.
• Experience in the Financial & Audit Industry, Risk Control domain, Compliance and Risk Management functions.
• Excellent data analysis and and Program Languages (Python, SQL, R), Bloomberg Terminal.
• Languages required: English, German, French and Italian.
• Pro-active and clear communicator with strong organizational skills.
• Detailed oriented, precise and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Willing to go the extra mile, efficient and resourceful.

Aufgaben

• Execute all BRM controls on Investment Solutions area on a monthly respectively quarterly basis and ensures precise and proper documentation of results
• Preparation of the IS RSC and IS BRM control report
• Ensure that the identified control NOKs and related risk mitigating actions are timely remediated
• Contribution on preparation of the annual IS risk and control self-assessment (RSCA) as well as other ad hoc assessment & reviews.
• Work with the Regional and Global PB BRM to achieve a robust First Line of Defence in the Area
• Report on the internal control environment and potentially arising risks or issues.
• Collaborate with local Compliance teams, Ops Risk and auditors for any ad-hoc reviews
• Key contact person a IS Area Level for IT, tools, trainings topics and issues
