Job summary

Julius Baer is seeking a senior analytics professional to join the Compliance Analytics & Transformation function. You will lead data analytics and BI initiatives focused on non-financial risks such as AML, client reviews, fraud and sanctions, partnering with IT and external providers to deliver best-in-class solutions.

You will design predictive models, work with senior stakeholders to create quantitative solutions that optimise banking processes, and manage change requests while delivering

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in STEM from a university of applied sciences.
• At least 5 years of Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal.
• Experience in managing audit and regulatory expectations.
• Strong communication skills; ability to decompose complex solutions and data insights.
• Agile mindset; fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Fluent in English; other languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support data analytics and BI initiatives focusing on Non-Financial Risk (AML, Client Review, Fraud or Sanctions).
• Collaborate with internal IT and external providers to identify best-in-class solutions and leverage Compliance Analytics infrastructure.
• Design, develop, monitor and document predictive models following industry best practices.
• Work with senior stakeholders to design quantitative solutions to optimise banking processes.
• Assess and manage change requests raised by the business; execute regular and ad-hoc analyses and reports.
