Zusammenfassung

ANSAM Group in French-speaking Switzerland seeks a Data Architecture & Governance Specialist to shape data governance, structure and management in a complex technology environment.

You will collaborate with architecture, technology, analytics and business teams to improve data quality, consistency and accessibility across systems and processes.

Qualifikationen

  • University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Data Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within environments managing large volumes of data and complex data landscapes.
  • Strong experience in data management, governance and/or data architecture.
  • Good knowledge of data modelling and data integration principles.
  • Practical experience with relational and non-relational databases, data warehouses and data lakes.
  • Experience with data cataloguing, metadata or data governance platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English; French at B1 level or above.
  • A collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in business process analysis or modelling is a plus.

Aufgaben

  • Review and contribute to conceptual, logical and physical data models.
  • Maintain up-to-date records regarding the data landscape, data flows and data lifecycle.
  • Maintain key data objects, interfaces and relationships within the architecture repository.
  • Promote consistent use of master and reference data across solutions.
  • Contribute to data governance policies and standards, including data quality, metadata and retention.
  • Provide support the maintening business and technical information within the data catalogue.
  • Work with architects and technology teams to ensure data solutions follow established standards.
  • Collaborate with analytics and business teams on reliable and scalable data solutions.
  • Work closely with architecture, data, privacy, technology and business stakeholders.

About The Role

We are looking for a Data Architecture & Governance Specialist to shape and oversee data governance, structure, and management in a complex technology environment.

The role focuses on ensuring that data is well defined, properly managed, integrated across systems and accessible in line with established standards and policies.

You will collaborate with architecture, technology, analytics and business teams to improve data quality, consistency and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities
