ANSAM Group in Vaud, Switzerland is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to define and govern target architecture within a large-scale transformation. You will ensure migrating applications align with architecture, security and microservices principles.

You will collaborate with DevOps, security and data governance teams to guide cloud-native, multi-cloud solutions and establish architecture standards across the program.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Proven track record leading solutions architecture for complex, large-scale transformations.
• Hands-on design experience across Azure, AWS and Alibaba Cloud in hybrid infra.
• Strong knowledge of API design and event-driven architectures.
• Working knowledge of IAM concepts (SSO, RBAC or similar).

About The Role

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Architect to define and govern the target architecture within a complex, large-scale transformation environment.

The role focuses on ensuring that all migrating applications are properly designed and validated against established architecture, security, and microservices principles.

You will collaborate with technical services, DevOps, security architecture and data governance teams to guide the shift toward scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end target architecture for a large-scale application transformation, ensuring every migrated system adheres to agreed architecture, security, privacy and infrastructure standards.
• Translate business and technical requirements into microservices architecture patterns, API standards, and event-driven integration models.
• Guide the shift away from monolithic systems toward loosely coupled, cloud-native services, defining the roadmap and technology standards that support this evolution.
• Act as the technical authority for architecture across multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments, validating designs for applications moving off legacy platforms.
• Partner with the data governance function to keep master data ownership and management practices consistent with the broader architecture strategy.
• Set the bar for non-functional quality (performance, scalability, resilience) and hold vendors and delivery teams accountable to it.
• Act as a sounding board and technical challenge for external providers and internal development teams throughout delivery.
• Build strong working relationships with technical services, DevOps and security architecture teams.

Key Skills & Experience

• University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems
• Solid track record leading solutions architecture in complex, large-scale system integration or modernization programmes.
• Hands-on design experience across Azure, AWS and Alibaba Cloud, as well as hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Strong command of API design, event-driven architecture and distributed systems concepts.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts (SSO, RBAC or similar).
