Zusammenfassung

American International Group (AIG) seeks a Head of Client & Broker Engagement for Switzerland & Austria to lead regional strategy and drive growth in the ACH market. Based in Zurich, you will manage key accounts, engage with C-level executives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on revenue targets.

You will build long-term relationships with major corporate clients and brokers, represent AIG at industry events, and report to the Head of Client & Broker Engagement DACH.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Law, Business Administration or comparable discipline.
• Extensive experience in strategic sales or key account management in international insurance.
• Strong network with large corporate clients and brokers in ACH region.

Aufgaben

• Strategic, regional management of large corporate clients and in-house brokers across lines of business, countries, and functions.
• Active, long-term relationship management with top decision-makers, including board members.
• Design, coordination, and execution of executive meetings, reviews, and exclusive client events.
• Representation of AIG at national and international industry events and C-level formats.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets using CRM systems, KPI monitoring, and portfolio management.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the spirit of leadership without authority.
