Zusammenfassung

Kardex AutoStore in Zürich seeks a Sales Manager to develop and sell AutoStore solutions across the DACH region, taking ownership from opportunity spotting to contract closure. You will travel as needed, build relationships, and lead complex projects with a strong entrepreneurial drive.

Native German and fluent English are required. The role offers opportunities for growth within a global automation leader.

Qualifikationen

Solid track record in sales within intralogistics, ideally with experience in automation.
Confidence to manage the full sales cycle and lead complex projects from start to finish.
Native or bilingual in German, fluent English; Swiss German is a big advantage.
Background in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Aufgaben

Develop and sell AutoStore solutions across the DACH region, spotting opportunities and building relationships.
Manage AutoStore projects from initial acquisition through to contract closure.
Design and implement innovative sales projects, including design, simulation, and budgeting.
Develop customized solutions that deliver significant value to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through continuous communication.
Close AutoStore projects and develop a dynamic sales pipeline.
