Zusammenfassung

Kardex AutoStore invites a results-driven Sales Manager to lead development and closing of AutoStore solutions across the DACH region. You will own the sales process from spotting opportunities to final contract closure, while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires entrepreneurial drive, native or bilingual German, fluent English, and willingness to travel for customer visits. You will collaborate with international teams and leverage Salesforce to stay on track.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in sales within intralogistics, ideally with automation experience.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from opportunity spotting to contract closure.
• Experience building and managing a dynamic sales pipeline.

Aufgaben

• Develop and sell AutoStore solutions across the DACH region.
• Lead complex sales projects from initial acquisition to closing.
• Design and implement innovative sales projects including design, simulation, budgeting.
• Build customized solutions delivering significant customer value.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through continuous communication.
• Travel as needed to visit customers and close deals.
