Job summary
Nigel Frank International is seeking a D365 SCM Project Manager & Functional Consultant to lead international ERP initiatives from Switzerland, with hybrid working arrangements. You will own 50% project management and 50% hands-on functional work, focusing on Supply Chain processes in Dynamics 365 SCM, coordinating stakeholders and partners, and guiding go-live activities.
German language proficiency and fluent English are essential, with travel to client sites as needed and relocation support
Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics 365 SCM and ERP project delivery.
- Ability to lead workshops and translate business needs into functional specs.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, milestones and delivery plans with stakeholders.
- Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional specs.
- Configure D365 SCM and validate scenarios with key users.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners, manage risks and dependencies.
- Plan testing, UAT and go-live activities, supporting post‑go-live operations.
- Communicate decisions clearly to business and technical audiences.
