Job summary

TalentCloud Group is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant for a freelance, remote-first engagement in Switzerland. The role combines business analysis, solution design, configuration, and hands-on rollout support.

Responsibilities include translating requirements into process documentation, shaping solutions with project leads, configuring Finance modules, coordinating tests, delivering user training, and providing 2nd/3rd level support throughout the rollout.

Qualifications

• Approx. 5+ years of ERP consulting experience, preferably with MS Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Finance- or automotive-focused background is a plus.
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong German language skills and good English.

We're supporting a company undergoing a major digital transformation and are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to strengthen the project team on a contracting basis. The role combines business analysis, solution design, configuration, and hands-on support throughout the rollout.

Your Impact

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear process documentation
• Shape solution concepts and coordinate implementation with development and project leads
• Configure MS Dynamics 365 Finance modules and ensure functional readiness
• Coordinate testing activities with key users and manage release-related changes

What You Bring

• Approx. 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, ideally with MS Dynamics 365 Finance
• Background in finance-driven or automotive environments is a strong advantage
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Communicative, proactive personality who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders
• Very good German skills and solid English

Project Setup

• Duration: 3-6 months
• Start: ASAP or by agreement
• Workload: Flexible (ideally 80-100%)
• Location: Remote possible; occasional onsite workshops (approx. 1 per month)
