Job summary

Exeon is a Swiss cyber security company based in Zurich looking for a Systems Engineer to help design data flows and deployments for core products. You will split time between building ingestion pipelines and deploying/executing in customer environments, including on-prem and hybrid setups.

You will work with a largely remote team, collaborating with Security Experts, Data Scientists, and Business Professionals to scale solutions and support customer success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering, data engineering, platform/infrastructure engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network and application security, and the telemetry relevant to detection.
• Experience with containerized deployments and automated tooling for deployment and operation.
• Fluent English; German is a plus for some customers.

Responsibilities

• Build tooling and automation to simplify deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of Exeon.NDR, Exeon.UEBA, log collection and supporting components.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable log ingestion pipelines for diverse sources and formats.
• Deploy and operate Exeon in customer environments (on-prem, private cloud, hybrid).
• Translate customer data sources and constraints into clear requirements for product and engineering teams.
• Contribute to customer support, documentation, and runbooks with Solutions colleagues.
