Job summary

KJUS, part of Acushnet Company, is seeking a Financial Accountant to manage bookkeeping for multiple entities and support intercompany processes in a dynamic, international setting. The role involves coordinating with external consultants and the Shared Service Center to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in international finance, strong ERP and MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Commercial education with finance and accounting or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable accounting or finance position in an international business environment.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting requirements, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient user of ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for bookkeeping for LK Österreich GmbH, KJUS Retail GmbH and LK Deutschland GmbH, including transaction processing, reporting, payments, coordination with external consultants, and intercompany reconciliation activities.
• Support accounts receivable activities, including serving as backup for invoice processing.
• Support accounts payable activities, including payment initiation.
• Support the Financial Accounting Manager in various projects, analyses, and technical accounting matters.
• Collaborate with and provide required information to the Shared Service Center to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes.
• Manage the general Finance mailbox, including communication with customers and vendors.
• Oversee the dunning process and support cash collection activities.
• Prepare quarterly reporting packages for all entities.
• Maintain VAT tax codes within the ERP system.
• Ensure proper document storage and records retention in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
