Zusammenfassung

Hitachi, Ltd. in Zürich is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to join our gas-insulated switchgear team.

You will combine technical skills with stakeholder collaboration to address quality issues for key customers and to support continuous improvement across projects. You will lead root-cause analyses, manage quality cases, run on-site investigations, and prepare method statements, while coordinating with internal teams and external customers to ensure sustainable solutions and compliant

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years experience in electrical power systems.
• Background in quality or project management for GIS gas-insulated switchgear.
• Strong understanding of project management practices.
• Experience with root cause analysis methodologies and tools (8D, A3).
• Experience with commissioning GIS systems is a plus.
• English fluent; German or other languages beneficial.

• Project management of bigger quality cases, identify improvements and drive their implementation.

• Provide support for and/or lead on-site investigations.

• Deputing of Quality assurance function with Audits preparation and leading.

Your background

• Fluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial


• Experience in quality management and / or project management will be considered a plus


• Good communication and cultural sensitivity
