You will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, modernize processes, and proactively engage with customers, while building long-term partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in natural science or engineering with microbiology knowledge preferred.
• Two years of professional experience in customer operations or related field.
• Additional training in business administration or process management is desirable.
• Proven interest in customer acquisition, business development or account management.
• Excellent German and English skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for customers of SKAN Laboratory products.
• Handle inquiries and complaints related to the portfolio and onboarding.
• Coordinate customer onboarding and required documentation.
• Develop and maintain a structured key account management approach.
• Support onboarding of new customers and nurture existing relationships.
• Collaborate with internal experts and sales partners to identify opportunities.
