The role emphasizes leveraging data analytics and technology to drive efficiency, partnering with internal interfaces and external customers in a pharmaceutical context.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management and Operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• SAP, Microsoft Office, and familiar with AI-driven supply chain tools/analytics.
• Professional fluency in English and German.

• Ensure global market supply to third party customers on time in full at the right quality and cost
• Partner with different interfaces for upstream replenishment coordination from central packaging
• Continuously improve the cost-to-serve-model (incl. KPI metrics).
• Leverage data for decision making by using e.g. analytics, simulation tools and customer insights
• Drive efficiency through identifying value-adding and productivity-enhancing opportunities through technology and data
• Ensure appropriate supply chain set-up (incl. e.g. master data)

Our client, a key player in the life sciences industry is looking for a Customer Logistics Manager to coordinate upstream replenishment while maintaining master data and supply chain setups, optimizing the cost-to-serve model, and leveraging data analytics and technology to drive efficiency and meet service goals in collaboration with local and global stakeholders.

Requirements:
