Proclinical is seeking a Construction Engineer to oversee Civil-Structural and Architectural projects in Switzerland. You will manage construction sites, ensure safety compliance, monitor costs, schedules, and quality, and support smaller investment and maintenance initiatives as a CSA expert.

The ideal candidate will work well in cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong problem-solving, and communicate in German (C1) and English (B1).

Aufgaben

• Manage construction sites and oversee operations during the construction and installation phases.
• Ensure safety standards by implementing and monitoring EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) management systems.
• Coordinate with contractors to review and approve work method statements and safety protocols.
• Support procurement by incorporating construction site safety requirements into contracts.
• Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and quality against plans.
• Organize building inspections upon project completion and address defects.
• Design and execute smaller investment or maintenance projects as a CSA subject matter expert.
• Prepare tender documents, manage submissions, and collaborate with procurement for contract awards.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of CSA standard documents, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
