Proclinical is seeking a Construction Engineer to oversee Civil-Structural and Architectural projects in Switzerland. You will manage construction sites, ensure safety compliance, monitor costs, schedules, and quality, and support smaller investment and maintenance initiatives as a CSA expert.

The ideal candidate will work well in cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong problem-solving, and communicate in German (C1) and English (B1).

• Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and quality against plans.
• Organize building inspections upon project completion and address defects.
• Design and execute smaller investment or maintenance projects as a CSA subject matter expert.
• Prepare tender documents, manage submissions, and collaborate with procurement for contract awards.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of CSA standard documents, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring project costs, schedules, and quality, and supporting smaller investment and maintenance projects. This position requires a proactive and solutions-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
