Zusammenfassung

CTC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager for a 12-month assignment based in the Stein area, Switzerland. The role focuses on coordinating EPCM-related activities, managing industrial pharma construction projects and ensuring compliance with GMP-grade C facilities.

You'll lead external planning teams, liaise with suppliers and the client, and drive project objectives such as cost, deadlines, quality and safety while maintaining strict GMP and ISO 8 standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in large industrial construction projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical construction including cleanroom up to GMP grade C (ISO 8).
• Knowledge of Navis Works BIM and scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and control service providers, suppliers, and material flows.
• Lead client-owned works and coordinate with EPCM company.
• Manage external planning teams and construction firms.
• Ensure smooth site organization and facilities with EPCM.
• Ensure construction meets planning specs, regs, and standards.
• Coordinate with other Construction Managers to review activities.
• Conduct technical and commercial negotiations with suppliers.
• Oversee equipment coordination with suppliers and logistics.
• Ensure project objectives: cost, deadlines, quality, safety.
• Perform ongoing quality checks on mechanical pipework and ductwork.
