Bank J. Safra Sarasin is seeking a CRM Assistant Booking Center International in Geneva. You will support Client Relationship Managers in day-to-day operations, handle payments and KYT tasks, and ensure transactions comply with laws and bank policies.

You will prepare account opening forms, execute trades, manage corporate actions, and follow up on KYC/KYT and tax-related requirements with various stakeholders. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance.
• Private Banking experience preferred.
• Excellent MS Office; Avaloq knowledge a plus.
• Ability to weigh problems and set priorities.
• High integrity and accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support Client Relationship Managers for direct and offshore clients.
• Handle payments, transfers, deposits and KYT issues; follow up on processing.
• Ensure transactions comply with laws, regulations and bank policies.
• Prepare account opening forms and follow up on shared accounts.
• Execute trading orders; input trades; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage corporate actions and process confirmations and references.
• Coordinate KYC/KYT, Fatca, Tax Compliance and risk changes.
