Aufgaben

• Own the preparation and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing performance reports.
• Maintain recurring dashboards and reports with a single source of truth and clear documentation.
• Perform data-quality checks across sources to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Build and maintain Salesforce CRM reports to answer ad hoc questions on product, campaign, and programme performance.
• Use CRM, BI, attribution, and AI tools to analyze datasets and configure dashboards for stakeholders.
• Analyze programme performance against KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Deliver actionable insights to marketing stakeholders to support Demand Gen decision-making.
• Manage incoming data and reporting requests, escalating only the most complex projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting processes and data quality.
