Job summary

UBS in Zürich is seeking a Crew Product Lead for Digital Sales Platforms and Sales Insights within the AI, Analytics and Data stream to drive long-term commercial success of UBS’s products and to champion the new ways of working. You will own product quality across Marketing Technology, front-office platforms and data dashboards, and define the crew's vision and quarterly objectives.

You’ll lead the crew in modern product practices, develop team members, and partner with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

Experience leading data/MarTech products with budget responsibility.
Proven leadership fostering diverse, inclusive teams with autonomy.
Data-driven decision making aligned to business context.
Strong client-centric and commercial focus.
Ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and levels.

Responsibilities

Own quality of the crew's products including Marketing Tech for digital interaction with clients and front-office platforms.
Formulate the crew's long-term vision, mission, strategy and OKRs and lead quarterly business reviews.
Lead the crew adopting modern product practices and develop team members.
Interact with clients and internal users to understand needs and assess market fit.
Line manage product managers or chapter leads.
Collaborate with Crew Tech Lead and control functions across streams.
